Prixat Inc. (“Prixat”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
You provide: name, email, phone, party/event details, occasion, special requests, and (optionally) birthday.
Automatically: device/usage data and cookies/pixels for analytics and advertising (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4).
Payments: processed by Stripe; Prixat does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To process and manage your bookings; to send transactional messages (confirmations, magic links, balance/reminder, reviews); to provide your information to the Restaurant you book with; with your consent or as permitted by law, to send marketing (e.g., birthday and special-occasion offers); to measure and improve the service; and to comply with law.
5. Marketing email
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in each message. Transactional messages about your bookings are not marketing.
6. Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise them, contact hello@prixat.com.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or as defined by applicable law); we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data; no method is 100% secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
