Privacy Policy

Contact details (name, email, phone), event details (date, occasion, guest count, preferences, notes), optional birthday (for offers you opt into), payment data (processed by Stripe — Prixat never stores full card numbers), usage data and cookies/pixels (see below), and guest-registration data when invitees RSVP to an event.

To provide bookings, quotes, payments, receipts, and reservation management; to share booking data with the Restaurant you booked (they are an independent data controller for their own operations and marketing); to send transactional messages; with your consent, to send marketing (unsubscribe anytime, CAN-SPAM compliant); to prevent fraud; to improve the service; analytics.

Restaurants may enable analytics and advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) on their booking pages. A consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Essential cookies (login, checkout) are always active.

With the Restaurant you book; with processors (Stripe for payments, email provider for messages, hosting/analytics vendors) under contract; if required by law; in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on your state (e.g., California, Connecticut), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising. Contact privacy@prixat.com. We honor verified requests within statutory windows.

Booking and payment records kept as required for tax/legal purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
